Invo now offers support for BSB Topaz signature pad models.
Integration for BSB Topaz signature pad models is now available in environment versions 4.2.6 and above. To enable this option, navigate to the Kiosk menu, located at Admin > Manage Settings > Kiosks (in the left column) > Topaz Sigpad.
From this menu, you will be able to select your signature pad type, which currently includes HSB and BSB models, set the signature pad COM port, enable our network sigpad solution (contact Invo Support for more details), and enter the sigsock code required to communication with the Kiosks.
To enable BSB:
- Make sure the signature pad type is set to BSB from the drop down.
- Verify the COM port matches the port set on the Kiosks in Device Manager. (NOTE: this has to match the Kiosk, and each Kiosk will need to use the same COM port.)
- If this is a brand new Kiosk/Sigpad setup, please reference the documentation included with the Kiosk install files to completed sigpad setup.
