Co-browsing - Workflow Change

Due to a recent update to our Co-browsing platform, workflow has changed affecting how control is passed to the client.

Previously, an Agent would be able to hover over the participant names and "Pass Control" allowing the client to control the session and help guide the Agent where they needed help, or to sign documents.

The new workflow allows for both agent and client the ability to possess control of multiple tabs.  For example, in the screenshot below, you can see that two tabs are currently open, but each tab has a different owner.

NOTE: Both participants can open tabs, but only the "Host" has the ability to delegate which tab is active and in view.  Example: If a client starts a new tab, both participants can see that the tab is created, but only the "Host" can bring it into view.  Whoever opened the tab has control of that tab.

Agent's ability to Give Control has moved into the upper right tool bar.

This will act in the same manner as the previous "Pass control" functionality, only on a per-tab basis, instead of complete control of the session.
