Enhancements
- Direct Booking
- Adding additional functionality to Widget which will allow FIs to directly book appointments assigned to defined agents without redirecting users to another site.
- Adding the ability to adjust verbiage for the email field on the contact form.
- Booked appointments will have notifications consistent with video call notifications.
- FIs will have more control over how far in advance booked appointments can be booked. This setting will allow for booked appointments up to 30 days in the future.
- Adding a setting that can be used to disable Booking Manager notifications if no location is set for that account.
- There will be a delay on requesting additional confirmation codes to prevent malicious activity.
- Adding the option for FIs to append a signature line of the Agent's name and title to the first text sent by an agent to each text recipient per day.
