October Maintenance Window 4.4 Release Notes

Bugs

  • Fixed an issue with Booking schedule preferences behaving differently for agents than for end users.
  • Fixed an issue with Text signature lines not appending to outbound interactions.
  • Fixed an issue with the microphone and camera buttons in the call preview menu not carrying the selected configurations into the call.
  • Fixed issues with the agent-to-agent internal chat button becoming misaligned once a Co-Browsing session initiated and the button becoming inaccessible on the Dashboard page at times.
  • Miscellaneous verbiage corrections throughout the platform.

Enhancements

  • Integrating with Sinch to provide more backend options for the Text module.
  • Adding reporting functionality for the Text module. These can be accessed alongside other reports in the Invo platform.
  • Adding the ability to customize Text opt-in and opt-out messages from within the platform.
  • Adding a survey specifically for the Booking workflow. When configured, this will appear right after an end user has booked an appointment.
  • Adding the ability to send direct links for Booking. This will allow end users to click these links and have some options in the Booking workflow preconfigured.
  • Adding the ability to view end user IP addresses. This can be used alongside the Blacklisted IP feature to prevent access to end users if needed.
  • Adding the ability to convert Chatbot into direct messaging with agents. When enabled, instead of messages first being handled by the Chatbot they will go directly to the Chat interaction queue for agents to handle.
