The Template Manager can be found under the Messaging Tab > Template Manager Dashboard > Template Manager
You can create a new template by selecting "New Template" in the top right corner
Templates can be anything you would like to create. Give your template a name for quick recall, and then add the contents of the template.
Once your template is created, you can search for it within an interaction under the Suggestions and Templates search bar. In this example, we used the contact "This is documenting a test template." By searching the word "document," the content of the template was recognized and displayed as a result.
To use the template, simply click on it, and it will place the template into the message field. It will NOT automatically send the message, allowing you the opportunity to edit the message if needed.
Now your template is ready to send!
