# 2023 - 2024 Supported Hardware

The following hardware recommendations have been investigated and tested by Invo Support and Invo Dev.  We do not limit hardware to specific brands or models, but rather recommend a list of specs to adhere by.  We have built these specs while taking into consideration a two to three year hardware life cycle.

 

### Kiosk

#### Computer

**Minimum Requirements**

OS: Windows 10 Pro

CPU: i5 11th Gen

RAM: 12GB

SSD: 256GB

GPU: Comparable to UHD Graphics 770

### Monitor

Up to a 32".  Dual monitor setups are not recommended.

### All In One

Invo currently uses a Dell OptiPlex 7400 AIO for in house troubleshooting and testing.

### Document Camera

IPEVO V4K Ultra High Definition USB Document Camera

### Webcam

Logitech C925-e or newer

### Topaz Signature Pad

Most HSB and BSB models are supported.  Please contact Invo Support prior to purchase to confirm compatibility.

\*Use of USB hubs are permitted.  However, the document camera and webcam cannot be plugged into the same hub, as the kiosk will only recognize the single port, resulting in one of the video streams to be black.
