Complete the following form to schedule your upgrade with Invo Support. We complete production upgrades on Tuesday evenings after your last queue closes. Staging upgrades can be completed anytime during business hours. We will monitor until all calls have completed before beginning the upgrade.
If you are choosing to upgrade your Staging environment, we will upgrade with our latest environment release. If you are upgrading your Production environment, we will upgrade with the version your Staging environment currently has. We recommend all Production environment upgrades be tested thoroughly in your Staging environment first
Note: Please allow 24-48 additional hours for Mobile app upgrades to complete the approval process from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
