On the first-ever episode of the Invo Insider Podcast, hosts Jake Martin and Ryan Heffernon talk about the what and why behind the launch of Invo's own podcast and broach such important subjects as Daniel Ricciardo, Bo Jackson, and 1980s sitcoms.


They sat down with Brett Hollenbeck, the Virtual Bank Director at Tower Community Bank in Tennessee, to discuss how Hollenbeck has worked to serve Tower's customers during his time in his role and talked shop about his hidden skill: paddleboarding. With Hollenbeck's lack of a banking background, tune in to hear how his outside perspective helped to improve how Tower's approach to customer experience and customer loyalty.

  1. Week One

    Core Configuration

    Invo's Director of Accounts James Dennis will demo how to add Users, Locations, Queues and Answers, and will explain how Queues and Answers affect how client calls are routed.

    Begin configuration of the major Core items:

    • Users added and configured with proper roles and queues assigned.

    • Additional Locations added if applicable.

    • Queues configured for each team and service you will be offering.

     

     

  2. Week Two

    Core Configuration (Additional Settings)

    James will demo how Esignature integrates within a video banking call.  We will also discuss how some of the additional settings factor into the platform.

  3. Week Three

    Marketing

    James will demo how to upload a marketing ad, and how to create a Marketing campaign.  We will also discuss Branding for the Web and Kiosk modules.

  4. Week Three

    Lobby Installation and Configuration

    In parallel with building your Marketing campaign, you can now begin installing your test kiosks, and download the Concierge app.  The kiosk installer is a single install file, that can be found in your environment, under Admin > Manage Settings > Kiosk in the left hand column > Kiosk Toolset on the right side.  There is also a video walkthrough of how to install the Kiosk located at the link below.

  5. Week Four

    Concierge Training, and Begin Testing Call Basics

    James will walk through our Concierge module, and what that workflow will look like.  Your core configuration should now be completed, and you are now ready to begin testing a web call to learn the basic features of a video banking call.  If your test kiosks have been installed, you may also begin testing kiosk calls as well.
